Turkey Dinner Yummm

Last year for Christmas, I got to help out a little bit with making the turkey dinner… well, mostly watching the cooking part and setting up the table instead lol

We started off with a tomato aspic appetizer, then a 16 pound turkey and Christmas pudding at the end :p

After dinner all of us sat down to unwrap our presents and have a chat while eating our treats ^^

今回のクリスマスディナーは少しだけ手伝いをしました♪
（ほとんど見てるだけかテーブルをセッティングしていただけですけど笑）

前菜はトマトゼリーのアスピック。
およそ7.5ｋｇのターキーにパンとスパイスを混ぜ合わせたスタッフィングを詰めて、じっくりオーブンで5時間ほど焼きました＾＾

デザートにはケーキではなく、クリスマスプディングを食べました。
熱したラム酒をかけたあとに火をつけてアルコールをとばし、温かい状態でいただきます♪
