Finally arrived in Singapore and spend a whole day walking around and reminiscing my childhood almost 20 years ago.
Man, a lot has changed in 20 years!!
I remember various temples, the food courts, not so tall buildigs and the hot hot weather.
Yup, the hot hot weather was still the same, so as some temples and food courts.  However, once you enter the downtown area, it feels like you’re in a completely different word!

とうとう20年ぶりにシンガポールに遊びに来ました！
1日目は懐かしい街並みを散策。
・・・いや、20年も経っていたら変わりすぎて何もわからない！
郊外は私の子供のとき見た風景がそのまま残っていますが、街に行くと物価も雰囲気も丸変わりでした。

子供のとき、バスで学校に通っている途中にいろいろなお寺を目にしたり、遠足ではフードコートに行ったりと、今日は昔と変わらない風景を楽しめてよかったです♪

街中に移動したらもう・・世界観が違いすぎて未来にいる感じがしました笑
明日は新しいシンガポールを散策するコースに行ってきます！
